Every Family First piece is crafted specifically for you the moment you order. That means we don't just ship—we create.

THE CRAFTING PHASE (PRODUCTION)

Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model, your order undergoes a transformation before it hits the road.

  • Production Time: Usually 3–7 business days.

  • The Standard: We aim for perfection, not just speed. During high-demand seasons, excellence takes a moment longer. We appreciate your patience.

THE JOURNEY (SHIPPING TIMES)

Once your gear leaves the shadows and enters the light, the delivery phase begins:

  • Domestic (USA): 3–5 business days after production.

  • International: 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs.

Note: Shipping times are estimates. Once the package is with the carrier, the timeline is in their hands, but we’ll provide the tracking so you can watch the arrival.

TRACKING THE LEGACY

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number will hit your inbox. If you don’t see it, check your spam—sometimes the heat of the arrival gets flagged.

LOST OR STRAYED PACKAGES

If your package goes missing in the void, contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If they can’t find it, reach out to us. We’ll make sure the Family is taken care of.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

We ship to the exact coordinates you provide. If you give us the wrong street, we can’t chase the package down. Double-check your details before you confirm.

DELAYS & DEFIANCE

We play by our own rules, but the world sometimes has other plans (weather, carrier backlogs, global shifts). We don’t stress the delays; we focus on the quality. If your order is running behind, know that the wait will be worth the weight of the product you receive.
